Patriots Colony Williamsburg Retirement Condo

I was honored to work with Jim and Trihn Cunningham--Trihn is featured in the video--downsize to their retirement home at Patriot's Colony in Williamsburg. I helped with furniture plans (what to keep and layouts), paint colors, and designing the bookcase at their kitchen island. Commercial Retail Conceptual Rendering

I was asked by Cabinets To Go to help create a rendering of a store-within-a-store concept for a presentation by their CEO. I was given the raw space layout in AutoCAD, and from that designed separate kitchen vignettes, lighting, and a cash wrap. I used AutoCAD for the layouts and space-planning, Sketch-up to populate the space, and Photoshop and hand-drawing to fill in details.

Published Work: Brunschwig & Fils Up Close

I was very honored to have two showhouse projects included in Murray Douglas's book, Brunschwig&Fils Up Close . Page 26 features the breakfast room I designed for the Richmond Symphony Showhouse in the Scott Mansion on the VCU campus. The second project was a laundry room for the Bethesda Center For Family Development Designer Showcase.
